Dean Christopoul : With 15 years of experience in finance, the greatest part of my job is providing real financial value for every loan situation. I pride myself in asking my customers the detailed questions that uncover the important information, which make every loan a smooth and seamless process. I make myself available any time to answer every question. While obtaining the best mortgage terms is my number one goal, delivering unsurpassed service allows me to continually grow my business through referrals and always staying one step ahead of my competition.
After Graduating from Florida State with a degree in business, my first job was working for an international retail company managing multiple locations in Boulder, Breckenridge, and Vale, Colorado then NYC. From there, I became interested in the financial markets, continuing my education and completing the series 7, series 63, series 55, and the mortgage brokers licenses. I took a job as a stockbroker with Prime Charter LLC; a small boutique firm in Manhattan. The firm had their own trading desk and I became very successful trading the equity markets; taking a position on the trading desk. l was promoted to Senior Proprietary Trader and transferred to operate the trading desk at their Boca Raton location. When the equity markets began to dry up in late 2000, I saw an opportunity in the mortgage arena. Taking my knowledge of financial markets and customer service, I consult with my clients to use their mortgage as a financial tool to create wealth and long-term security.
